New Patient Special: Exams, X-Rays, & Consultation $79
COMFORTABLE, SECURE, NATURAL-LOOKING DENTURES
Today’s dentures are much more attractive than they were in the past. They’re made from resilient acrylic resin and other advanced materials. If you’re looking to restore one or more missing teeth with dentures, Dr. Ang has the right treatment for you.
We partner with a local dental laboratory that creates dentures according to Dr. Ang’s exact specifications, so your dentures will be durable, attractive, and they’ll have a nice, snug fit.
Full & Partial Dentures
A full denture is used to restore a whole arch of missing teeth. They’re held in place using natural suction — that’s why Dr. Ang makes sure your dentures are custom-made to fit your smile.
A partial denture (partials) restores one or more missing teeth. They’re held in place using a clasp that attaches to your natural teeth, making them easy to apply and remove.
Your first step in getting your new dentures is a full examination, x-rays, and a consultation with Dr. Ang. He’ll review your options and recommend the restoration that’s right for you.
With implant-supported dentures, Dr. Ang uses a small number of implants to anchor your dentures to your jawbone for improved stability and comfort. This eliminates slippage and enhances your chewing power so you can eat all your favorite foods.
Dr. Ang will often select mini implants to stabilize a patient’s dentures. Because they’re smaller than regular implants, mini implants don’t require as much bone mass to take hold in your jawbone, making them an attractive option for many of our older patients.
Mini implants are less expensive than regular implants and the recovery time is much faster.
Metal-free Dentures From Valplast®
Dr. Ang features flexible, non-metal partial dentures by Valplast. Made from an unbreakable nylon resin, Valplast offers a lifetime guarantee against breakage and fracture. This restoration adapts to the constant movement in your mouth, seamlessly and comfortably.
A Hybrid Denture, or Bridge Denture, is secured using several implants per arch, so it’s permanently fixed in your mouth. Dr. Ang can remove it for cleaning or other dental care.
Over time, a patient’s gums change their shape, often resulting in loose dentures. If you feel your denture starting to slip, call us for a consultation. Dr. Ang has a dentures solution for you. For example, he can fit your existing denture more securely using either regular implants or mini dental implants.
